Ingredients:  Eggwhite Powder (Instantized), Xylitol, Cocoa Powder, Dutch Cocoa Powder, Natural Milk Chocolate Flavor, Natural Vanilla Flavor, BetterStevia™ [Organic Stevia Extract (Stevia rebaudiana) (Leaf)] and Soy Lecithin (<1%). Contains egg, milk and soy derivatives.

Contains no: salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, shellfish or preservatives.

This Eggwhite Powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Therefore, biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.

This product is sold by weight not volume.
