• 4 Skinless chicken breast halves (bone-in), fat trimmed and patted dry
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Dark sesame oil, regular or hot chili flavor
  • 2 tsp. Sesame seeds

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a shallow dish, whisk together soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Transfer 2 tablespoons of mixture without seeds and set aside. Add chicken to soy mixture without seeds and turn to coat. Vocer with plastic and refrigerate 20 minutes (or up to 24 hours). Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade used with chicken. Sear chicken one minute per side over hottest portion of grill 1-2 more minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer reads 170-degrees F.
