With everything that is going on in the world right now, many people are affected by companies going out of business and being scared by the press to cut back on their extra spending.
Many people use their extra income to improve their health. Some people have cut back on how frequently they use a personal trainer, some people have completely quit and some have had to completely drop their gym memberships! No matter how much you have been affected, you must remember that physical fitness is one of the few ways you can positively cope with stress.
I hope all who have had to cut back or completely quit continue to workout on their own, whether it is at your local gym or if you have had to drop your membership, you continue to run outside, jump rope, do bodyweight exercises, etc.
Although these may not be the same quality of workouts as you previously were performing, it will be enough to get you through the crunch and help you get back to where you were when things begin to head in the right direction some day soon!
