Protein & Cheese Bagel

  • 7oz. Canned Salmon (or another canned meat drained and rinsed!)
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • Whole BagelCombine all ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of each bagel half!
