Protein & Cheese Bagel
- 7oz. Canned Salmon (or another canned meat drained and rinsed!)
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- Whole BagelCombine all ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of each bagel half!
