Buffalo Pita

  • 1 lb ground buffalo meat
  • 2 Tbsps blackening seasoning
  • 2 whole-wheat pitas
  • red onion
  • calamatta olives
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Preheat grill to medium-high heat or heat skillet lightly sprayed with olive oil. Mix chopped red onions and calamatta olives with buffalo meat. Form buffalo into four patties and coat each patty with seasoning on both sides. Cook patties until they reach desired temperature.

Cut open the whole-wheat pita and place patties into each half. GTop with lettuce and tomato and the condiments of your choice.
