Description
NOW® Carbo Gain is pure maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate derived from non-GMO corn. Maltodextrin is comprised of “glucose polymers”, which are chains of glucose molecules that are easy for the body to digest and assimilate.
Suggested Usage
Mix 2/3 cup of Carbo Gain in 24 oz. of water or juice. Consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Double this recipe if engaging in prolonged exertion of 2 hours or more.
