How to Take Cloma Pharma Black Spider 25:

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule in the morning with breakfast and one capsule in the afternoon with lunch. Do not exceed 2 capsules within any 24-hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For best results: Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day. Reduce daily carbohydrate intake. Eliminate fast food and soda from your diet. Note: Proper Hydration is important to the effectiveness and safety of all thermogenics.
